The Water and Flood Team Leader course is for existing SFR, SRT or SFRBOs who will lead a team of that level at water and flood incidents.

This is a Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician Instructor (SRTI), Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician Advanced (Water) Instructor (SRTAWI) or Swiftwater and Flood Rescue Technician Advanced (Water and Rope) Instructor (SRTAI) with specific assessment for MWFI courses by the Rescue 3 Europe office.
