Jonathan Gorman
Managing Director
Jonathan is Managing Director at Rescue 3 Europe and is also a multi-discipline Instructor Trainer.
Jonathan has worked as a whitewater professional in the UK, Europe, New Zealand, Africa and the USA, where he took his first Rescue 3 SRT course in Colorado in 2005.
Travelling has always been a big part of his life and so meeting and working with people from different backgrounds and cultures from all over Europe is his dream job.
If not walking with Mabel the labradoodle, he can be found seeking out new off road trails on his gravel bike or in search of fresh powder to telemark

Keith Dudhnath
Operations Manager
Keith oversees the daily running of Rescue 3. He takes a particular interest in developing the functionality of Rescue 3’s world-leading training provider database, and taking an active part in the production of Rescue 3’s field guides.
Keith is married with two children and an ever-growing number of pets. Other things that make Keith happy include board games, fruit trees, cryptic crosswords, and Liverpool FC (when they win).

Michelle Donning
Administrator
Michelle supports the smooth running of the Rescue 3 office and database. She’s the first point of contact for all queries and is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day administrative tasks.
In her spare time, Michelle loves going to gigs and travelling whenever possible, but can mostly be found at home enjoying a Netflix binge.

Denise Smith
Management accountant
Denise spends 50% of her time knee deep in numbers and 50% of her time teaching ballet (not to the Rescue 3 staff but to the pupils of the Delta Academy in Wrexham).

Gaele Atkinson
Finance Technician
Gaele spends her time in the office dealing with all things finance, including creating invoices, sorry…
Otherwise she can usually be found in the outdoors, taking part in endurance cycling events, gravel cycling, or on foraging walks with Mabel her labradoodle, whilst keeping an eye on her bees (too many names to mention) and being helped in the veggie plot by rescue hens Willow & Betty. Living the dream 😊
