Swiftwater and Flood Operations for Search and Rescue Helicopter Personnel (SARHELO)
The SARHELO course is designed for helicopter personnel who may be tasked with attending a swiftwater or flood incident. It will give them an understanding of the hydrology and hazards associated in the swiftwater and flood environment.
This course will provide attendees with a rescue capability using equipment that they will carry as part of their normal in- and near-water operations.
