Mike Turnbull

Mike is Chairman of the Board of both Rescue 3 International and Rescue Source.

In 1990 Mike, along with his wife Judy, purchased Rescue 3 International and opened Rescue Source. Under Mike’s leadership, Rescue 3 International has grown from a small business in California to one of the leading technical rescue training companies in the world with over 1500 instructors in over 65 countries.

Mike holds a Foundation Degree in Technical Rescue Instruction from the University of Central Lancashire, United Kingdom (UCLan) and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA) PR062237

Besides Rescue Source and Rescue 3 International, Mike is also involved in Spanish Oak Vineyards, a small vineyard that grows an Albarino variety of grapes. His favourite pasttime of late has been spending time with his twin grandsons and granddaughter at his 160 acre ranch in Oregon.
