Safe Working in Confined Spaces Instructor (SWCSI)

The Safe Working in Confined Spaces Instructor (SWCSI) course enables delivery of a course that provides insight into the dangers that workers face when working in confined spaces and the current legislation in this area.

Instructor training and assessment

• Safe Working in Confined Spaces Instructor (12 hours/2 day)

Prerequisites:

• Confined Space Entry and Rescue (Low, Medium and High Risk) (CSERLMH)
• First aid qualification, appropriate for the environment in which they will be working.

Qualification valid for

• 2 years

Able to teach

• Confined Space Awareness (CSA)
• Safe Working in Confined Spaces (Low and Medium Risk. Horizontal) (SWCSH)
• Safe Working in Confined Spaces (Low and Medium Risk. Horizontal and Vertical) (SWCSHV)
