The Radio Controlled Rescue Device Operator course trains people in the hazards and control measures for deploying a radio controlled rescue device
(RCRD) from dry land. It includes a conditional rescue capability for casualties. For a true rescue capability, please see the Radio Controlled Rescue Device Technician (RCRDT) course.
