Confined Space Entry and Rescue Instructor (CSERI)

The CSERI course enables delivery of courses to instruct how to free a colleague from a dangerous situation in confined spaces.

Prerequisites:

• Confined Space Entry and Rescue (Low, Medium and High Risk) (CSERLMH)
• First aid qualification, appropriate for the environment in which they will be working.

Instructor training and assessment

• Confined Space Entry and Rescue Instructor (18 hours/3 days)

Qualification valid for

• 2 years

Able to teach

• Confined Space Awareness (CSA)
• Safe Working in Confined Spaces (Low and Medium Risk. Horizontal) (SWCSH)
• Safe Working in Confined Spaces (Low and Medium Risk. Horizontal and Vertical) (SWCSHV)
• Confined Space Entry and Rescue (Low and Medium Risk) (CSERLM)
• Confined Space Entry and Rescue (Low, Medium and High Risk) (CSERLMH)
